We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

a) Technical Issues

  • You are unable to download or access the product due to a technical error on our end

  • The product file is corrupted or incomplete

b) Duplicate Purchase

  • You accidentally purchased the same product twice

c) Product Not as Described

  • The product significantly differs from its description on our website

d) 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not extensively used or shared the product.

3.2 When Refunds Are NOT Available

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after downloading the product

  • You did not read the product description before purchasing

  • You lack the technical skills to use the product

  • You purchased the wrong product by mistake (unless eligible under duplicate purchase)

  • You have shared, distributed, or resold the product

  • More than 7 days have passed since purchase

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase:

  • Your name

  • Order number or receipt

5.1 Approval

If your refund request is approved:

  • You will receive a confirmation email

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider

5.2 Denial

If your refund request is denied:

  • You will receive an email explaining the reason

  • You may appeal the decision by providing additional information

5.3 Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or store credit instead of a full refund, depending on the circumstances.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for digital products. If you purchased the wrong product:

7. Cancellations

7.1 Before Download

7.2 After Download

Once you have downloaded or accessed the product, cancellations are subject to our standard refund policy (7-day satisfaction guarantee).

8. Subscription Products (If Applicable in Future)

If we offer subscription-based products in the future:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period

  • No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods

  • You will retain access to products until the end of the paid period

9. Bundle Purchases

If you purchase a bundle or package:

  • Refunds apply to the entire bundle, not individual items

  • You must return or delete all products in the bundle to be eligible for a refund

  • Partial refunds for individual items in a bundle are not available

10. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your payment provider (chargeback) without first contacting us:

  • Your account may be suspended

  • You will lose access to all purchased products

  • We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks

Please contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

11. Product Updates

If we update or improve a product after your purchase:

  • You will receive the updated version at no additional cost (if applicable)

  • Updates do not entitle you to a refund of the original purchase
